I’ve bought a handful of cars over the years and can say I’m really usually not a fan of the process, but my experience with Napleton Buick GMC - Crystal Lake was a positive one. I was traveling from about an hour and half to look at a certified used truck, so I called in advance to ask if they would hold it for me. Ryan E. answered the phone and told me to ask for him when I arrived. He had the truck cleaned and pulled up all ready to go for me to look at when I got there. There was another similar certified used truck in their lot as well that I also decided was worth a look. We test drove both and I decided to move forward with purchasing one. They gave me a fair price on my trade in which was great. The process was smooth and I took home the truck that same day. I highly recommend asking for Ryan if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle at this dealership.
