    I have been buying vehicles for over 40 years, I have never paid over MSRP. I understand we are in a very competitive market with limited inventory. I really like the GMC website and have been on it almost daily for months searching local inventory for a new truck. I noticed a few dealers are asking over MSRP including Napleton GMC where I purchased my truck. I also found many that chose not to charge over MSRP. I drove by Napleton the week before and stopped to see the Denali truck I seen on the website. It was exactly what I was looking for. I thought I had made it clear up front that I wasn't going to pay over MSRP. I made an appointment and came back the next week with my trade in to purchase the Denali. After over 5 hours at the dealership that day I was very shocked to see they were still trying to charge $4k over MSRP as I was getting ready to sign the final papers. If they would of told me that up front I could of drove another 30 minutes to the Elmhurst GMC dealer earlier that day. They had an identical truck and were asking MSRP. After over 5 hours I didn't have time to drive there and start over. I ended up paying $1,000 over MSRP. At that point it wasn't worth taking another day off work and driving back (2 hour drive) to Elmhurst. If someone asked what I thought of Napleton Buick GMC I would say buckle up your getting on mister toads wild ride. I do want to give a big shout out and thank you to Bob, he wasn't even my sales person. He came over as I was leaving and showed me how to set up my phone, bluetooth, the six way tailgate features and a ton of other things in the truck. He gave me his card and said call me anytime if you need anything. Great guy! By the way I love my truck. I have purchased dozens of vehicles over the years for myself and my family. I think charging over MSRP even in a market like this will come back to bite those dealerships in the future. I know that I won't forget.

    Everything was great. However on one screen it showed we had not done some services, then another screen it showed we had. Something needs to be figured out so that the service guy can see we don’t need to do service that we’ve already done

    Very professional approach to vehicle maintenance. I am impressed with how they combine technology and personal interaction to help the customers better understand the condition of their vehicle. I didn’t get the impression that their main goal was to separate you from as much of your money as possible. I have been in the vehicle maintenance industry my whole life and I know “Genuine “ when I see it.
